This site is dedicated to developing defence skills against multiple attackers as well as insights into the patronage of current martial arts trends. To address these issues diagrams, picture, videos and articles are used aiming to challenge current beliefs towards fighting and survival skills. My intention is to impress on the reader their true potential and undermine the need to be trapped by the status quo.

Of course you want to learn to fight, especially multiple attackers, maybe not. If you did, it will be a real eye opener. Ask yourself, ‘do you respect all fighting pursuits?’ Respect is one very important reality check, it cannot be imitated or challenged. Deep down we are aware of all possible outcomes like; losing, death, surviving and wining. At the same time we like to play with fire and expect not to get burnt. Then there is the need to share our experiences with our friends. There is no immunity or one true winning formula for fighting. It is interesting the martial arts community is asking prospects to fight like gladiator for no other reason as self-promotion, while indicating all other pursuits are of a lessor kind. The inferior fighter verses the gladiator, a markets delight.
With this in mind, multiple attacker still have the right to beat the shit out people with a good fighting reputation in their own way. When the attackers are well armed and really determined, everybody’s limitation are be exposed.
There is nothing glorious about dealing with a bunch of shit heads and who cares if you get away safe, it only another story to tell you mates. To acquire better understanding of the survival response against multiple attackers, you will need to develop better insights to why you personally have to prove a point when fighting. I propose that if you are compelled to fight, as mentioned before you have a deep need to be like others. We want to be attached to the best and do not like feeling left out.
I am sure you are waiting for answers and those elusive realistic solutions. At the same time you are still in the market for more techniques and better fighting skills. Let me say that as soon as you believe you have the technical skills to defeat or fend off multiple attackers, you have made the fatal and repeated mistake of closing your mind. Reality cannot be found in technical solutions. If you expect an outcome, you have disrespected the attacker’s ingenuity and ability to take you out. Expectancy is the quickest way to shut down your mind’s eye to real time information, the stuff needed to survive a multiple attack.
Leave your judgment skills at home; here are some first line mental development skills to allow survival skills surface when facing multiple attackers in real time:
1) The reason we are good victims – we are good at it.
2) We think too much about enemies – when death could be at home.
3) We see what we want to see – this is the your brains choice.
4) We worship hindsight, distrust foresight and ignore the present.
5) Our intuition is beaten down – replaced by socially organized statements.
6) Living in the future – is not the reality of now.
7) We are more likely to believe what we are told – if others agree.
8) Adults filter out reality –children do this at a lesser degree.
9) We are too willing to project shared experiences – where there is none.
10) We play games for our reality – instead of being in reality
11) Following experts is a fast way to persuasion – instead of being oneself.
12) We are attracted to detail – reality cannot be put in words.
Just to remind you, I am not talking about fighting, but survival skills.
We are too attached to being like our fellow human beings and fight anyone who challenge this view. It destroys the rational brain. So where does this inadequacy come from?
Start with my first lesson, by realizing everyone around you is wanting to grab your attention, both physically and mentally. There is something missing in our person forcing us to be like others. This means you have willingly given another person the right to put you down. You have shut down that gut feelings and forgotten the instinct of survival. Your worst enemy is inside of you.
Second, understand who you are: the warrior = to face battle with military precision and strategies, knowledge and weapons; the professional hunter = ability to set up traps to take life; the pro-fighter = best at skills and techniques to win in the arena; the survivalist = removing self from social constraints to stay alive.
Third, time spent thinking. Fighting off multiple attackers there is not time hesitate or expect success, this is disrespectful to the attackers.
Reality has no language as we know it. Take this mental check, if you think you can see, you are too late. My advice is to become familiar with accelerating your actions any time you catch yourself thinking. The survival response cannot surface if you waiting. The advantage being your energy levels go up and you will sense new freedoms, especially during the battle. The only person to control is yourself, you really have no right to control other people. If you are busy with the bigger picture, you will not have any time to concern yourself with anyone grabbing you mentally or physically.
So what do you do when you are taken to ground and choked out? Shit-- Shit -- Shit ... It is too late for learning a counter, you probably did not silence your inner voice. “Necessity will be the mother of invention” in a survival situation.
In reality, there is always an unseen weapons like knives aiming for your heart and a baseball bat going for the back of your head. In this case death is not a crazy solution, it is the attacker’s right to do what drives them. So do you feel insecure now? Well I am not surprised, again you have allowed experts and mentors grab you attention and manipulate your inner fears. Don’t you get it? Shit you are facing multiple attackers who have an unlimited set of attacks strategies to take your life. If you are thinking and imagining, you are dreaming of that unrealistic super human possibility, the sales pitch, the bull-shit consuming precious time for survival solutions. There is no way of selecting that right set of skill when shit hits the fan. This is why even the best are still looking for answers.
Multiple attackers and martial Arts Blog
So where are the skills to fight off multiple attackers?
A wise thing to realize is knowing that there are few experienced exponents who have trained for a true full-on multiple attack event. The main issues with fighters is their focus on skilling techniques, not what drives a person to act in real time. which is what happens in a force one multiple attack.
Techniques may sound like the answer ....
Techniques may work well in a fighting ring.
But techniques have a very limited value when facing multiple attackers.
Why is this so ? The current fighting doctrine puts a lot weight on defeating one attacker especially the ground fighters. Instructors are like Politician in disguise, happily peddling this view – and why not, the sales pitch is working? The truth be told it would take several several life-times to dig through the truck loads of technical BS out there and every expert has some more to add.

There is a big difference between the fight game and (multiple attacker) survival game.
Fighters' operate in a different mental world to a person who has to survive. The critical aspect starts with believing in yourself, not what others tell you (The Socially Organized Statement). Today fighters are well-oiled fighting machine, an enhanced human being built on arrogance and ring reputation. With all that attention on doing well has to leave a big hole, a huge blind spot so easily found when mentioning defence against the multiple attackers.
The question to be asked, are you ready to experience the pressures of multiple attackers? Try the Corner Trap and yes it looks like a football game, but with a lot more bite.
Its a given that you will stall if the pressure is great enough, then what do you do? whoops again- there is more to learn and it not a technique.

The Corner Trap Game
The current mental trap is the idea of a take down and the MAA training regime. The take away message your cherished techniques has shut your mind from real time events. There is no reality in training, knowing even a untrained person can survive a multiple attack given the person has not been made to feel inadequate, by so called experts.
Gee – whoops: there is no second chance. Ignore this thought at your peril.
My advice is stop thinking for other people and their success–the real bullies are your trainer and mentors – they are filling you head with BS and fears and this is the reason people become well trained fighters and warriors and hunters.
This discussion must sound wrong to fighters and yet we are all able to access the survival response, a simple act like crossing a busy street. What social rules did you break or ignore? It is like being in another world where you are free from other people's mental constructs and fearsome stories, all that unusable crap others have filled you brain with is not so important. How do you really know what will happen? You have never been there and if you have and have done the right thing, but feel guilty about your outcomes. Techniques are for the common good, it is the way to GRAB your attention and build connectedness in your head. It may be totally logical and rational, better known as the mental crap that sinks you in a survival act. I like to see how you would fit a perfect technique when facing motivated self-driven multiple attackers. It is mental baggage, too many techniques in mental storage that has to be remove from your attention when facing multiple attackers.
A wise thing to realize is knowing that there are few experienced exponents who have trained for a true full-on multiple attack events. Why is this so? Instructors are similar to Politician, happily peddling their views – and why not? There is money to be made by GRABBING people’s attention with crafted displays and gladiatorial competitions. It is no more than a magic trick.
